How getAftr turns a meeting into a client follow-up page
From transcript to a page your client can open, in under 60 seconds. You approve everything before it is sent.
Try it freeFour steps, and one of them is yours
1
The meeting happens
Otter or Fireflies transcribes it in the background, or you paste a transcript in yourself. On the Starter plan and above you can email transcripts to getAftr, and on Pro they can arrive by webhook with nothing to do.
2
The page is built
AI reads the transcript and writes a follow-up page in your company's name: a short summary, the key points, the next steps, and a quote if one came up.
3
You approve it
Review the page in your inbox or dashboard. Ask for changes in plain English if something is off. Nothing reaches your client until you say so, and sending is one tap.
4
Your client opens it
You get a message the moment they look, while they are still reading. If they keep coming back, you hear about that too.
What is on the page
Each page is built from what was actually said in the meeting, in your name, with your colours if you have set them up.
- A clear headline and a short summary of the conversation
- The key points that were discussed
- Next steps, with who does what and by when
- A quote or figure, if one was mentioned
- Your sign-off, name and company
What happens after you send it
The follow-up is the start of the job, not the end of it.
First open alert
A message the moment your client opens the page, not tomorrow.
Repeat-view signals
A quote opened eight times in one evening is a buying signal. You will know before they pick up the phone.
Your own views ignored
Views from an address we have not seen get an email. Reply to say it was you and it is ignored from then on.
Daily digest
One email each morning on who is hot, who has gone quiet and who needs a nudge.
Automatic nudges
If a page goes quiet for a few days, a warm follow-up can go out on your behalf.
Exit survey and recall
If a client says no, two taps tell you why. Six months later, a recall email can ask how it went.
